Shipping & Delivery
Please note: All orders received by Techotekkie.com are counted as high priority and normally are shipped within one (1) or two (2) business days. However, due to the force majeure situations, such as COVID-19, natural disasters, or any other unpredictable situations, shipping may be delayed.
As a general rule, as soon as order leaves our facility, delivery becomes the responsibility of the contracted carrier. Once the carrier has checked the package into its system, we are unable to stop or cancel the order.
The flat rate of the shipping is $7.75 per order to anywhere in the contiguous United States.
Free Shipping on orders over $120.00.
At the moment, we do not carry out international shipping. The shipping area includes the territory of the United States of America only.
In order to provide our customers with the best possible experience, we work only with 3 major authorized carriers, namely United Parcel Service (UPS), United States Postal Service (USPS), and FedEx.
Please note: All orders with the requested carriers other than those provided above will be annulled.

- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
